Embedded Systems Senior Engineer (f/m/d)

location: Ulm, Unterschleißheim

Start: ab sofort

Tasks:

  • Develop firmware for in-house ECUs
  • Improve current low-level drivers (CAN, LIN, PWM, etc.) and contribute to the development of new drivers
  • Perform occasional updates to bootloader software
  • Further the development of HSM software and cybersecurity features
  • Root-cause and fix software bugs
  • Perform unit-testing of the software you develop
  • Create and maintain software documentation for the code you develop
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • Several years of development in C/C++
  • Experience developing real-time operating systems for embedded multi-core applications
  • Experience with driver development
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, UART, etc.)
  • Familiarity with MISRA standards and verification tools
  • Expert knowledge of Git version control
