Industrial Controller (f/m/d)

location: Ulm

 Start: ab sofort

Tasks:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide accurate and timely information to management.
  • Provide guidance and support to industrial operations teams on financial matters, including cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Monitor and control industrial costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and realistic industrial budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual audit process for industrial operations, including liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
  • Realize the annual financial statements.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Controller or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial accounting principles, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset.
  • Very good English skills.
  • German language skills are a plus.
