Embedded Systems Manager (f/m/d)

• Lead and grow the Embedded Systems team
• Own firmware releases for in-house developed ECUs
• Create and lead software unit-test infrastructure
• Contribute to the development of embedded software (low-level drivers, HSM, bootloader, etc.)
• Contribute to the architecture and development of cybersecurity features
• Support creation of next-generation firmware architecture
• Support software root cause analysis
• Work with Ex, CAN LIN A/D PWM SPI drivers.

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Several years of experience in leading/managing an engineering team
• Proficiency in C/C++
• Experience developing real-time operating systems for embedded multi-core applications
• Experience with driver development
• Solid understanding of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, UART, etc.)
• Familiarity with ISO21434, cybersecurity fundamentals, HSM, certificate and key management, knowledge of Git version control etc.
• Familiarity with MISRA standards and verification tools
